Private mat Pilates class for mamas! This hour long class will feature a breath mechanics and deep core focused warm-up followed by 3 sections targeting the full body in every plane of movement. This class has been specifically designed for the pregnant and postpartum body but can be enjoyed by all. Class location will be in a separate email upon registration. Space is very limited so make sure to grab a space quickly. Water provided. Please bring your own mat and towel. No additional equipment necessary. Babies 6 months old (not yet crawling) and younger are welcome to attend!
